I had a truly wonderful stay at this chic and beautifully designed hotel, perfectly located in the heart of Istanbul—just a short walk from iconic landmarks like the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The atmosphere is both elegant and welcoming, with a stylish interior that reflects the city's charm. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Ahmed was incredibly attentive, polite, and respectful throughout our stay, always going the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable. Erol was equally friendly and eager to share insightful tips about the city that helped us make the most of our visit. The rooms are on the smaller side but very cosy and thoughtfully arranged. Overall, it was a delightful stay, and I would happily return. The warmth of the service and unbeatable location make this hotel a fantastic choice for visiting Istanbul. Definitely, we would stay again!

The staff were all approachable and friendly. Ersin assisted our check-in and Ebru assisted our check-out. Both of them were really helpful and shared with us how to get around. Ersin assisted us to book a shuttle to the airport for our flight back as well. Ebru was friendly and reminded us to be back on time for our airport shuttle. Thanks guys for the pleasant experience:) The room were clean and very comfortable too. Looks new and well maintained. Nice interior and can see Hagia Sophia from the window. Breakfast at the terrace was also nice, such a view. Breakfast food was ok, no complains. Location of the hotel was superb, we walked around to get to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. At night, easy to get food too as many restaurants are open walking distance. Definitely will recommend this hotel.

Everything about the hotel was excellent. The location was so near all the main sights and we could walk to Basilica Cistern, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia etc. The tram stop is a few minutes walk. The rooms are clean and very modern and the showers are so hot and nice. The hotel staff are exceptional, from Mr Ali who greeted and checked us in to Mr Errol as well as the staff who served us breakfast. They just go that extra mile to make you feel so welcome. And the most thoughtful thing was our flight was early in the morning and they prepared sandwhiches for us to take a long. I cannot recommend this hotel enough and if I come back to Istanbul, I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for an amazing stay

We loved to have breakfast at the terrace. We asked to change the room as we get there - not because of any problem, we just wanted the same like the last year - they snap the fingers, done. We choosed this place because we get there by car, we wanted to walk a lot and have a chance to get back to the hotel at any time during the day for a short brake or have a shower, or just put down what we bought during the day - it is perfect.

The area is great, a lot of restaurants/bars around. The staff is SPECTACULAR! They booked our airport transfers, additional tours and generally we very helpful with tips how to get around the city. Also - great breakfast and a nice complimentary tea/coffee/cookie time in the afternoon on the terrace overlooking Aya Sofia and another historical mosque 😃 definitely will come back!
